I’ve been on my own weight loss journey, and know exactly how it feels to be stuck and completely bewildered by all of the conflicting weight loss and nutrition advice.

I have always had a passion for nutrition and learning everything about reaching optimum health. I also love writing and helping people with their own weight loss and healthy lifestyle journey, so I put all of them together and Jennifer Smith Nutrition was born!

Your body needs enough calories and nutrients from different food groups to be healthy and work properly.
